Service Advisor (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Service Advisor (m/f/d) with an affinity for inventory at our location in Uetersen, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Customer consultation, specifically regarding diagnosis of faults and estimation of repair scope

Planning and development of technical solutions, as well as their calculation and design

Technical and professional advice for automotive mechatronics technicians

You act as a contact person for our customers in the service area

As a service advisor, you plan and manage all service activities such as scheduling, creating workshop orders, invoicing, rental car business, and insurance processing
