"The apartment has been completely renovated and painted. It has 3 bedrooms, one designated as a dressing room, another that was empty has been turned into a workshop, and the main bedroom only has a 1.50 bed and 2 nightstands. The living room is quite spacious, but there is a column in the middle because a room has been added. The terrace is also inside the living room, only a part of it remains, which has a window that overlooks the main bedroom. One entire wall of the living room is made of windows, with top-hung windows on the top and opaque fixed windows on the bottom.
