Your responsibilities:

  • Creating offers and closing contracts for events in the banquet, conference, and catering areas for business and private clients people)
  • Conducting sales conversations independently
  • Creating cost calculations, room plans, and schedules
  • Presenting the hotel
  • Providing personal event support onsite
  • Internal communication to coordinate and monitor involved departments
  • Invoicing and invoice control
  • Collaboration with external suppliers (e.g. technology, entertainment, service providers such as boats or transportation companies)
  • Organizing, executing, and following up on events of all kinds
  • Handling departmentrelated correspondence
  • Customer events
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships, optimizing customer retention and satisfaction
  • Attending weekly function meetings

Type of position:
Full-time, part-time, permanent


Working hours:
20-40 per week


Salary:
starting at €14.00 per hour
