Description
Your responsibilities:
- Creating offers and closing contracts for events in the banquet, conference, and catering areas for business and private clients people)
- Conducting sales conversations independently
- Creating cost calculations, room plans, and schedules
- Presenting the hotel
- Providing personal event support onsite
- Internal communication to coordinate and monitor involved departments
- Invoicing and invoice control
- Collaboration with external suppliers (e.g. technology, entertainment, service providers such as boats or transportation companies)
- Organizing, executing, and following up on events of all kinds
- Handling departmentrelated correspondence
- Customer events
- Maintaining existing customer relationships, optimizing customer retention and satisfaction
- Attending weekly function meetings
Type of position:
Full-time, part-time, permanent
Working hours:
20-40 per week
Salary:
starting at €14.00 per hour
