At our 3 locations in Germany, we conduct innovative research and development, modern production, and logistics for the national and international distribution of our dental and medical products.

For our location in Lindlar, near Cologne, we are currently seeking a full-time KFM. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F/D) EXPORT.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent order processing, including scheduling and coordination with production
  • Preparation of all relevant documents for export, including customs documents with Atlas, if necessary export control (BAFA)
  • Written and verbal correspondence with our international customers
  • Preparation of offers after consultation
  • Contact with transport companies to ensure timely pickup of goods
