Your Tasks:


  • You support the department management in all aspects of school year planning, coordination, conceptual and pedagogical tasks, as well as the school's economic efficiency.
  • You lead lesson planning and vocational subject instruction (theoretical and practical subjects in the field of business/administration) in prevocational training (BVJ) and basic vocational training (BGJ).
  • You implement lesson preparation and followup for specific learning groups.
  • You regularly assess the performance of students.
  • You support our students in developing work ethics and achieving/developing vocational readiness.
  • You use activating teaching methods and work with digital media in the classroom.
  • You work in a team and actively participate in the support process for students.
  • You communicate with the parents of students and the company network during company internships.
