We are looking for a (Senior) SAP HCM PY/PA Consultant (m/f/d) to join our SAP HCM consulting team at our Karlsruhe location or nationwide with the option for 100% remote work.


Your responsibilities:
You analyze and design business transactions in payroll using SAP HCM PY and related areas.

You are responsible for the support, maintenance, and advanced development of our SAP HCM landscape with a focus on PY/PA, including customization.

As the contact person for departments regarding SAP HCM (across modules), you take on second and third-level support for PY/PA.

You test new solutions, implement them in the system, and adjust them using schemes and rules. You are also responsible for organizing, managing, and supporting projects
