Your responsibilities with us:


  • Assisting with secretarial tasks
  • Managing purchasing and procurement processes
  • Maintaining and updating internal lists
  • Composing letters, emails, and notes
  • Managing office supplies
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Processing returns

What we expect:


  • Proven work experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/MS Excel/ERP
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Class B driver's license
  • Completed training as an office clerk
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Loyalty, reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently
