After an exciting introductory week to get to know each other, you will receive comprehensive and qualified training at Volksbank eG - The Creative Bank.

During the training, you will learn how to conduct successful sales conversations, handle customer inquiries, and what to consider when communicating with customers in a targeted manner.

You will become familiar with the digital infrastructures of online sales in detail and learn about the technical and legal developments in the field.

You will acquire the ability to select and use suitable online sales channels, shape and manage product or service ranges online, and support procurement processes. You will also learn how to design contract negotiations in online sales, develop and implement online marketing strategies, create effective customer communication, and utilize commercial control and monitoring.

In addition, you will gain an understanding of how purchasing, marketing, and IT are interconnected and who to turn to for specific issues.
