For our Zollhaus Pankow in Crum, WV, we are looking for a Barista m/f/d to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including various coffee and tea variations.


Note:
The compensation for this position includes salary and tips.


Responsibilities:

  • You enjoy warmly welcoming and seating our guests.
  • You can answer questions about ingredients and make recommendations.
  • You take guest orders and can accommodate preferences and requests. (e.g. coffee blends, milk and sugar ratios)
  • You prepare all cold and hot drinks and coffee specialties according to our recipes for our guests.
  • You are responsible for setting up and decorating our cake and sandwich counter.
  • You receive and process payments from our togo guests (cash and card payments).
  • You keep your bar area clean at all times.
  • You are responsible for checking the bar equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • You adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • You communicate relevant customer feedback and recommend new menu items to the manager.
  • You are responsible for restocking the bar inventory and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • You have enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
  • You have knowledge of existing hygiene regulations.
  • You are open to working in shifts.
  • You enjoy working in a team.
  • You have the ability to assess customer preferences.
  • You have open and friendly communication skills.
  • You have a wellgroomed appearance.
