You take over the representation of the Kita management in their absence Ensuring and promoting education, upbringing and care that is oriented towards the needs of the children Planning and implementation of educational work based on the framework concept Training and guidance of pedagogical staff, housekeeping staff and additional staff in consultation with the Kita management Professional advice and support for employees Ensuring the planning and implementation of pedagogical offers and projects and their documentation based on existing concepts Cooperation with youth welfare institutions, schools and other institutions Skills, qualifications & know-how
