What you can look forward to:

During the 24-month trainee program, you will get to know the different departments within the Human Resources department. Your mentor will be your central point of contact.
You will be involved in the compensation processes, such as participating in market observations, bonus and salary rounds, as well as compensation and benefits projects.
You will learn about the tasks of the HR policy department and contribute to projects in HR controlling and pension schemes.
Internally, you will be the contact person for bankwide regulations and processes and support the further development of compensation systems and additional benefits.

Inspire us:

You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a related field.
You are proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel) and have a strong affinity for IT and numbers.
You have a passion for HR topics and are interested in digitalization and process optimization.
You are characterized by independent work, reliability, and the ability to proactively and persistently drive projects forward.
