We are looking for you as an accountant (m/f/d) in the field of accounting/financial accounting as soon as possible.
Prisod Wohnheimbetriebs GmbH has been a social service provider on behalf of the state of Berlin since 2002. We operate several communal accommodations throughout the city. Our facilities house asylum seekers, refugees, and homeless individuals with their children.

Every day, we all work together to ensure the well-being of our residents and the smooth operation of our accommodations.

Your tasks

  • Examination, classification, and booking of ongoing business transactions (creditors, debtors, banks, cash)
  • Creation and management of outgoing invoices
  • Recording of incoming invoices via digital document management system
  • Processing of payments and reconciliation of open items
  • Creation and reporting of monthly evaluations
  • Creation of costperformance analysis for the portfolio
  • Application and financial processing of projects from the public sector
  • Participation in the creation of monthly sales tax returns
  • Support for the creation of the annual financial statements
  • Contact person for the tax consulting company responsible for our facility

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a tax clerk, commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualification
