JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading, motivating, and developing team members
- Coordinating and ensuring process flows (shift planning)
- Ensuring high customer and employee satisfaction in collaboration with the department
- Conducting patrols on the factory premises
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- You are already a specialist/GSSK or open to further qualifying as a certified protection and security officer
- You have at least a 34 GewO notification or ideally a higher qualification
- You have previous leadership experience or are willing to learn
- You have a clean criminal record
OFFER
