This role will be part of our Tech Talent Acquisition team, working collaboratively with recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers in both our Berlin and Barcelona offices.

The position can be based in either our Barcelona or Berlin headquarters.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in our growth by contributing to the overall strategy and execution of our tech team's expansion.

You will be responsible for hiring senior talent and will have the opportunity to work on interesting responsibilities.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for hiring senior roles in Engineering and Product, using a 360 approach that includes sourcing and searching for your own talent.
Build a longterm talent pipeline through creative and effective sourcing strategies.
Act as a talent advisor to stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and challenging them when necessary.
