As a (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) - INTERNAL for our Hamburg or Berlin candidates, centrally managed from our Hamburg branch, you are in the right place with us We are looking for more colleagues who not only want to be a part of it, but also want to contribute to the ENITAS success story.

From career changers to experienced recruiters, we are looking for people who are highly motivated and enjoy their work

Your tasks will include:

Through active sourcing, you will identify suitable candidates for our clients and also convince passive talents to join ENITAS
You will independently post interesting job advertisements on our portals and define recruitment strategies with your recruiter colleagues
You will conduct telephone and job interviews with your candidates and build your own candidate pool
Regularly exchange ideas with your consultants and find the perfect job for your candidates
Remain a contact person for your candidates long after a successful onboarding process
