HEAD OF ACCOUNTING (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Disciplinary and professional management of the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger with currently 2 employees
  • Preparation and coordination of internal documents for monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code) in close cooperation with the corporate group and service providers, as well as contact person for and management of cooperation with auditors and tax consultants
  • Organization, representation, and monitoring of proper accounting under commercial and tax law aspects, including special cases of accounting and taxation
  • Analysis and presentation of monthly management reports in close cooperation with the management
  • Preparation of monthly evaluations and statistics as well as ad-hoc analyses
  • Responsibility for the entire payment transactions and collection management, also in representation situations
