Your Profile
***- Education as a state-recognized educator or equivalent
Experience in pedagogical work with children of different age groups
Proficiency in observation methods and tools
Identification with AWO values and children's rights
Effective communication skills, respectful behavior, and a team-oriented personality
Conceptual and organizational abilities, as well as innovative thinking
