With our competent and dedicated employees, we are well prepared for the challenges of the future.

We are continuing to grow and are looking for a full-time (38h/week) IT Service Manager (m/f/div.) for our team in Cologne to start as soon as possible. Your main responsibility will be requirements management.

Our IT department has been in an agile transition for 2 years and serves as an internal service provider for the PKV Association and its four subsidiary companies in Cologne. As an IT Service Manager, you will play an essential role in integrating customer requirements into agile iterations and work closely with IT coordinators and departments.

Your main tasks

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements of internal customers
  • Coordinate and implement new customer requirements
  • Support our internal customers as a technical IT consultant
  • Establish and further develop an agile IT service management organization
  • Manage IT services and their lifecycle
  • Manage external service providers
  • Further develop the process landscape with a focus on the customer 1 IT interface
