Responsibilities at Geiger
- Independent preparation of offers for challenging projects in industrial, commercial, residential, and hotel construction
- Coordination of project team consisting of internal colleagues and external stakeholders
- Development of special proposals and optimizations
- Presentation and explanation of our offers to clients
- Preparation of performance specifications
What we are looking for
- A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction technology, or a comparable education
- Experience with bidding and calculation programs, ideally iTWO
- Interest in BIM and willingness to delve deeper into it
- Independent work style, reliability, and assertiveness
- Strong cost awareness and numerical understanding
