Laurelville is looking for a BizDevOps expert to join our partner in creating a unified software development process.

Our goal is to enable rapid and goal-oriented implementation of requirements across all companies, maximizing the benefits of IT solutions for both customers and employees.


The main focus of this project is to gradually introduce requirements, testing, release, and bug fixing processes in parallel with the implementation of IT Rocks.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in this process.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as project manager for the internal release management process, working closely with project managers and the team.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including RACI matrix, BPMN or EPK process map, and role model, to ensure the integrity of the documentation.
  • Continuously refine, review, and develop related processes, tools, and organizational structures.
  • Provide strategic vision and guidance.
  • Summarize and prioritize requirements.
  • Track progress and provide regular reports on project progress, sprint results, etc. to all stakeholders.
  • Present results at project meetings.

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of BizDevOps methodology and the operation of IT organizations.
  • Advanced technical and business knowledge, including understanding of release management tools, processes, and organizationspecific requirements.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SIGMA, and Jira.

Personal skills:

  • Experience in agile projects, service delivery, and agile teams in a transformation environment.
  • Continuous desire for improvement.
