Our client is an innovative service company with a public-law background and headquartered in Berlin. As part of a centralization, "Central Functions" are being formed in a holding structure, which also includes the creation of a Head of Learning & Recruitment (m/f/d). In a completely new position, a unified talent strategy is to be developed and implemented for all companies. The role is primarily characterized by a conceptual, strategic approach. The place of work is Berlin. A hybrid working model with three days on site is possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for a 5-person L&D team and a 7-person recruiting team
  • Development and management of the entire learning and performance management strategy for the entire corporate group
  • Responsible for the global strategy for identifying and developing leaders, as well as implementing the leadership development program to promote their development and performance
  • Definition and implementation of a unified recruiting strategy and further development of recruiting measures
  • Process responsibility for strategic and operational applicant management
  • Design and implementation of comprehensive training programs that meet the various learning needs while considering goals, budget, and resources
  • Management of the learning technology infrastructure (e-learning platform) to ensure efficient and effective provision of training programs and resources for employees
