  • As a Recruiter for defined departments, you are responsible for the entire recruiting process from A-Z and manage it in a professional and proactive manner
  • In addition to requirement analysis, selecting suitable recruiting channels, actively managing applicants, and conducting thorough personnel selection, you also negotiate employment contracts, coordinate contract creation, and actively participate in BWI's personnel marketing activities
  • You contribute to the optimization and professionalization of personnel acquisition, taking into account both scientific standards and practical experience
  • To comprehensively support your departments, you work closely with HR business partners, HR consultants, and external service providers
  • In addition to daily tasks, you are the responsible contact person for recruiting-related special topics, such as being a key user for certain tools or being responsible for specific topics within the team
  • With a good sense of humor, you actively contribute to the positive atmosphere in our team
  • You have successfully completed a degree or have a vocational training with a specialized additional qualification, preferably in the field of human resources or IT
  • After completing your degree, you have at least two years of experience in recruiting, or at least five years after completing your vocational training with additional qualification, ideally in the field of IT professionals
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the personnel processes of larger companies and know which legal and communicative means are necessary for successful personnel acquisition
