Our services include both traditional temporary staffing and direct placement, with the goal of placing you as a candidate in a diverse range of tasks with our clients and creating long-term perspectives, such as potential permanent employment with client companies.


We are currently seeking multiple Machine Operators (m/f/d) for our client in
Offenbach am Main to start as soon as possible.


The main responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and converting equipment;
  • Conducting parameter measurements according to specifications;
  • Documenting welding processes and results;
  • Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance;
  • Reporting errors, malfunctions, and quality deviations to the team leader;
  • Collaborating on problem analysis and resolution.

The requirements for this position are:

  • Good technical understanding;
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
  • PC skills (Excel, ERP software);
  • High level of concentration;
  • Structured and independent work style;
  • Conscientiousness;
  • Reliability;
  • Strong team player;
  • Loyalty;
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts (early/late).

Desired qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship in a metal trade;
  • Experience with laser welding equipment;
  • Knowledge of TIG/MIG welding;
  • Operation of laser welding equipment (joining, welding, and testing).
