What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for a fixed customer base in the areas of simple production planning, order processing, coordination of delivery dates, as well as complaint management, and document this in the designated systems to create customer satisfaction
  • You will actively and responsibly work with all departments in the company, especially with shipping, production, and work preparation
  • You will maintain and manage your assigned customer base
  • You will build and expand new and existing customer relationships

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained some professional experience
  • You act in a process-oriented, cross-functional, and analytical manner
  • You demonstrate willingness to perform and resilience in stressful situations and possess team spirit
  • You work independently, conscientiously, and responsibly
  • You have a good command of German and English
