About Us
The Association of Social Therapeutic Facilities Lübeck e.
V. provides professional support for children, adolescents, and adults with mental impairments to help them become independent.

We operate both stationary and semi-stationary facilities, as well as mobile services, and are responsible for after-school care and school support in Lübeck-Moisling.

Established in 1985, we are a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband and have around 80 employees (m/f/d) at eight locations.

Our services include supporting the development of children through social learning in groups, accompanying academic support and working with parents, providing holistic care and support, and following individual care plans in cooperation with the Youth Welfare Office.

We also create reports and documentation. We are looking for qualified candidates with a degree in education, social work, or a comparable qualification. We assess suitability according to § 19 of the Children and Youth Facilities Ordinance
  • KJVO.
Other requirements include the ability to conduct qualified conversations with clients, knowledge of social group work, a wide range of intervention methods, familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, and previous work experience. We value teamwork, resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office programs and a valid driver's license are also desirable.
