  • Contact person for data protection issues at German Liebherr companies, i.e. acceptance, coordination and data protection support for data protection-related inquiries from specialist departments and legal support for the implementation of requirements
  • Support in the internal documentation of processing activities (record of processing activities) and evaluation of processing activities and review of service providers and any data protection agreements (e.g. data processing agreements, agreements on joint responsibility, standard contractual clauses)
  • Coordination, structuring and clarification of legal issues related to data protection with the Group Data Protection Officer or internal legal department
  • Conducting employee awareness and training sessions and data protection audits

Your profile. What you bring

  • Degree in law, IT business administration or a comparable legal degree or (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT
  • Enthusiasm for data protection and professional experience in the field of data protection or demonstrable knowledge of data protection
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented work style and assertiveness combined with negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of IT security and practical experience in project management are advantageous
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
