Description
As a medium-sized high-tech company, we have been developing and manufacturing acoustic surface wave components in Dresden for over 20 years.
For our clean room, we are looking for operators for the frontend and backend areas.Responsibilities:
Depending on whether you choose to work in the frontend or backend, the work is possible in the following areas:
Frontend
- Lithography (wafer cleaning, coating, exposure, development)
- Vapor deposition and sputtering systems, etching systems
- Measurement technology (structure width measurement, layer thickness measurement, electrical measurement)
- Wafer sawing, chip bonding, wire bonding, capping, leak testing
- Final measurement
- Conducting checks on process flows and quality, microscopy
Qualifications:
What you bring:
- Successfully completed training as a microtechnologist or another technical background
- Motivation to work in a clean room (protective clothing, yellow light)
- Willingness to work in shifts (2/3 shift system, possibly rotating shifts)
- Independent work on multiple parallel processes
- Careful and prudent work, willingness to perform, sense of responsibility
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage
