Director Corporate Finance (m/f/d)
with direct board supervision
at the locations Memmingen or Augsburg
We are looking for a personality with experience in building up the Corporate Finance department and gaining further market share.

Your tasks

  • Building up the department with a high degree of creative freedom
  • Supervision and implementation of CF projects in various industries
  • You will support companies, participating credit institutions and possibly institutional investors in close cooperation with the Private Banking and Asset Management business areas
  • Accompaniment and control of the entire transaction process from preparation, contact, due diligence to (contract) negotiations and signing
  • Leading customer meetings and pitches as well as strategic consulting
  • Central contact person for clients, investors, lawyers, auditors, etc.
