For our client, a local real estate company based in Munich, we are currently seeking a:

Administrative Assistant for Certificate Creation (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the HR department and managers from other departments,
  • Creating documents, especially certificates, in consultation with the respective departments,
  • Assisting with the management of personal data,
  • General office and administrative tasks,
  • Assisting with payroll,
  • Accurately managing master data.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training in the HR field or other business areas,
  • Previous experience in HR,
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail,
  • Quick comprehension and reliability,
  • Solutionoriented work style and strong communication skills.
