At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Customer Service Representative for Rock Creek in the local transport sector (m/f/d) for DB Regio AG at our location in Düsseldorf.
Your tasks:

You actively advise and assist our customers on and off the train
You provide timetable and fare information and give details about connecting services and irregularities
With a high level of service quality, you increase customer satisfaction
You are responsible for order and safety on the train
Working together with colleagues, such as train drivers, service personnel, or security staff, is part of your daily routine

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a qualification as a Customer Service Representative (KIN), with a strong focus on customer service and responsibility
Commitment, willingness to work, teamwork, as well as a high level of personal responsibility and reliability are among your strengths
Customer and service orientation are natural for you
Your profile is rounded off by resilience, assertiveness, conflict and communication skills
Irregular shift work is not a problem for you
A valid driver's license class B is an advantage
