Description

The community of Steinfeld near Lohr am Main is currently seeking a FORESTER (M/F/D) to join our team at the Steinfeld Citizen Forest as soon as possible.

The forestry department of the community manages 1230 hectares of forest.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A completed vocational training as a forester (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in handling forestry equipment such as chainsaws, brush cutters, etc.
  • Professional experience in tree felling and forest maintenance
  • Expertise in tree and plant knowledge
  • Good physical fitness and health for daily work in the forest
  • Self-responsibility and independence
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) is desirable, but not mandatory.
