For our residential facility at Maria Bildhausen location, we are looking for a Heilpädagoge / Educator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The tasks:

In our residential facility, you will accompany adults with different support and assistance needs in their personal development and life design.
Your primary goal is to support your clients in their daily lives so that they can live as independently and autonomously as possible.
You will professionally determine the personal needs of our clients, create an individual support and assistance plan, and work together with the team to achieve the goals set in the plan.
All of this is done in close communication with our residents, as it is important to us that everyone can contribute their ideas for daily activities.

The desired profile:

You have successfully completed your training as a Heilpädagoge or Educator (m/f/d) or have an equivalent degree in a similar field.
Even in difficult situations, you remain calm, act confidently, and maintain your joy in working with people who require assistance.
Willingness to work in shifts (no night shifts), including weekends and holidays, as well as a positive attitude towards the values of the
