Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities and staff of an organization. This role excludes managers who primarily focus on compensation and benefits and training and development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities.
  • Manage the staff of the organization's human resources department.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
