Your responsibilities

IT support for national and international clients
Maintenance and ensuring the functionality of IT applications for our clients
Close collaboration with the development department
Analysis, diagnosis, and identification of the cause of reported problems, as well as their resolution
Ticket processing and monitoring
Ensuring response and resolution times
Providing support in German or English
