    Representatives for our Service Business Development Center

No late nights, no early mornings, and you get to choose which Saturdays to work twice a month. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can work independently in an adult environment. You will have the support of our service staff/BDC, top-notch marketing, and cutting-edge technology.

    This Business Development Center is recruiting experienced BDC Professionals. Applicants must have experience in customer service, phones, and computers. A competitive pay plan and signing bonus are offered to the right candidates as we aim to build a strong team for our state-of-the-art facility.

    The BDC's responsibilities include using our Service AI platform at all locations, managing our Retention platform, building customer relationships, and scheduling appointments for the Retention and Service Departments.

    The BDC Representative collaborates daily with the Platform Director for the Dealership Group and Senior Associates. This position is ideal for individuals who are efficient with their time, organized, and seeking a fulfilling career with ample growth opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound service inquiries via phone, texts, and leads. Return calls promptly.
    • Assess clients' needs and schedule appointments.
    • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, including texts and emails.
    • Confirm appointments with clients before the scheduled date.
    • Follow up after visits to ensure customer satisfaction, if needed.
    • Conduct needs assessments with customers regarding the desired vehicle specifications.
    • Manage a considerable volume of high-quality Service Retention leads, including internet leads.
    • Arrange, confirm, and follow up on appointments as necessary.
    • Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven background in customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
    • Skilled in text messaging.
    • Strong at building relationships with potential clients.
    • Computer literate with excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
    • Ability to comprehend and execute instructions effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Education and/or experience requirements.

    High School Diploma or GED; one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Bilingual- Vietnamese, Spanish, Arabic preferred but not mandatory.

    Prior sales or service training with a proven track record is a strong asset.

    Candidates should ideally have experience in automotive or trucking.
