This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As an Order Management Specialist (m/f/d) your responsibilities include:

  • Managing a designated customer base from order acceptance to delivery
  • Administration, coordination, monitoring and reconciliation of customer forecasts/demands
  • Participation in customer agreements
  • Optimization and reduction of inventory levels
  • Capacity and sales planning in relation to order backlog
  • Commercial complaint handling
  • Participation in optimization projects
  • Organizing internal/external meetings including preparation and follow-up
  • Participation/development of improvements to be implemented in the ERP system (SAP)
