What to expect from us
:

You will work in the office of the CFO and be involved in many top topics in the commercial sector, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Controlling
You will have a focus on the performance of our various business models, with a particular emphasis on our digital activities (platforms, ecommerce, online publishing, social media, etc.)
You will analyze monthly businessspecific management income statements, including their drivers in the form of nonfinancial KPIs, question business cases and budget plans, conduct benchmarking analyses, and derive recommendations for action
You will act as a sparring partner for the commercial managers in all matters and drive independent projects in close dialogue with relevant interfaces
You will be a neutral representative of HBM's financial interests in strategic decisions such as investments, structural measures, or other projects of any kind
You will create presentations, analyses, and reports for the executive board and supervisory board of HBM

What we expect from you
:

Completed degree in economics (or equivalent qualification), ideally with a focus on finance/controlling, with excellent results
At least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial sector of a company (preferably mediumsized or startup), in a strategy consulting firm, as well as in transaction services
