Description

Prioritization of tasks at Hilltop:

  • Provision and implementation of effective, automated continuous testing pipelines for application development teams
  • Close collaboration with test engineers, lead developers, and application developers to implement pipelines and develop testing standards
  • Designing technical solutions for the pipelines
  • Consulting development teams on increasing software quality
  • Collaborating with architecture colleagues to design application architecture and ensure ideal testability
  • Continuous improvement through innovation and new technologies
  • Active participation with other enthusiastic tech colleagues in technical communities and in-house events such as hackathons, brown bag sessions, nerd nights, and open innovation challenges

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in implementing continuous testing and proficiency with state-of-the-art tools
  • Ability to inspire colleagues with new technologies, automation, and IT security
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development and enterprise application development
  • Strong understanding and application of DevOps and agile methods
