- Develop, and maintain an updated internal compliance audit schedule in accordance with Compliance Work plans.
This includes but is not limited to:
updates when new risks are identified through audit, regulatory changes, and compliance committee discussion
- Audits would include but not necessarily be limited to attention to detailed and specific documentation requirements, verification of documentation that supports the need for the service, verification of qualifications of staff performing service, verification of documentation that reflects service was conducted and is consistent with identified goals or objectives, verification that billing was coded correctly and submitted correctly for specified service(s).
- Development of recommendations for corrective actions where needed and tracking the response or completion of those recommendations
- Maintaining complete records of internal and external audit activities, including but not limited to: audit reports, recommendations, and corrective actions taken
- Foster and maintain a culture that encourages professionalism and compliance with regulations, best practices, and ensures confidentiality of client private information as well as sensitive or other confidential agency information
Compliance Audit Coordinator Minimum Salary:
$58,500
Compliance Audit Coordinator Maximum Salary:
$58,500
Compliance Audit Coordinator Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday: 8:304:30
- Hybrid position: Minimum 2 days per week in office
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Business Management
- With minimum of 3 years combined experience in program evaluation, quality improvement, corporate compliance, and audit/investigations
- 35 years of experience working with a diverse population
