How you contribute

  • Creation of cost-effective offer calculations in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitation
  • Examination and evaluation of tender documents, performance specifications, and supplier offers
  • Development and tracking of offers in collaboration with branch management and project managers
  • Participation in contract award discussions and creation of lump sum offers
  • Calculation evaluation and project handover

    • What you bring

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Relevant experience in the field of building services (HVAC), preferably from the wholesale or construction site environment
  • Commercial knowledge desirable
  • Good IT skills
