They ensure cost-effective storage and smooth flow of goods, meaning they monitor the logistics chain, check incoming goods and inventory levels, place orders, and plan the delivery of goods.
Your responsibilities
- Purchasing and selling goods to trade, crafts, and industrial companies
- Providing customer advice on the characteristics of goods
- Ensuring timely delivery on site
- Identifying sources of supply and determining the demand for goods
- Checking invoices and delivery documents
- Creating price calculations
- Processing sales orders
- Handling complaints
- Organizing marketing activities
- Working in the field, office, or in warehouses and sales rooms
