REQUIREMENTS
  • Completion of secondary school or higher education
  • Thorough and reliable work ethic
  • Enjoyment of practical work and willingness to pitch in
  • Ability to work well in a team
INTERESTS

Interest in raw materials and logistical processes in food processing, such as:

  • Performing incoming and outgoing goods movements
  • Planning and organizing logistical processes
  • Recording and controlling inventory
  • Working with our warehouse management system
  • Learning about upstream processes such as purchasing and quality assurance
  • Learning about downstream processes such as filling/enhancement and distribution
TRAINING PROGRAM
  • Typically 3 years in duration (can be shortened to 2.5 years with good performance)
  • 1-2 days of vocational school per week in Emsdetten, Steinfurt, or Münster
  • Intermediate exam after 1.5 years
  • Final exam with oral and written components administered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
