Your Responsibilities:


As part of our sales support team, you will be the first point of contact for our (potential) customers in Oak Creek, CO.

You will create a great customer experience by supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth and efficient processes at all times.


Your main tasks include:

Lead qualification and management: You maintain contact with (potential) customers and provide information; if interested, you can gradually gain experience in actively approaching customers.

Support of key account management: You complement and support our sales colleagues in creating offers, handling renewals, managing demo customers, and managing user access.

CRM support: You assist in building and maintaining Salesforce and creating evaluations.


What you should bring:


  • You are passionate about elearning and digital education in the field of vocational and further education.
  • You enjoy customer contact, are friendly, and serviceoriented.
  • You think holistically and like to bring all the pieces together; you always keep an overview of our accounts and share the right information with the team.
  • You work very independently and take responsibility for your results.
  • You are familiar with MS Office products, speak German very well, and can also follow our internal communication in English.
