As our Accounting Lead, you will have the opportunity to join our company during a period of significant growth as we expand into international markets.

You will play a crucial role in professionalizing our finance department and working closely with our management team.

Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting efforts and develop systems to support our expansion into 5+ European countries
Manage monthly bookkeeping, annual financial statements, consolidation of multiple entities, and internal and external reporting
Oversee banking, treasury, accounts payable and receivable, and tax functions
Collaborate with external tax offices and potentially bring accounting inhouse and implement an ERP solution in the next 612 months
Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and efficient accounting team across all markets
Serve as the main point of contact for financial inquiries and contribute to crossfunctional projects
