Your Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting executives and employees in all personnelrelated matters and labor and social security law issues
- Handling all administrative tasks in human resources (employment contracts, job descriptions, employment references, certificates, etc.)
- Responsibility for personnel recruiting from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and onboarding
- Creating evaluations and statistics in the personnel department
- Preparing all payrollrelated documents for forwarding to the personnel accounting department
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Professional experience in human resources
- Good knowledge of labor and social security law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Discretion and confidentiality in personnel matters
- Independent, flexible, and reliable work style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Education
- Apprenticeship/Training (Desirable)
Work Experience
Microsoft Office: 4 years (Desirable)
