Vonovia Immobilienservice GmbH is currently seeking a Housekeeper/Property Caretaker (m/f/d) for the Southern region to manage our residential properties in Mühldorf/Landshut.


Your responsibilities:

  • You represent Vonovia as the owner on site and are the first point of contact for our tenants
  • You conduct safety inspections (visual and functional checks)
  • You are available to our tenants for any concerns or issues related to living
  • You ensure that the residential complexes are clean and orderly
  • You monitor and document the work of our internal and external service providers (e.g. maintenance of outdoor areas, stairwell cleaning, winter service)
  • Your tasks on site also include conducting tenant consultations, mediating tenant disputes, and conducting movein and moveout inspections.
