We are currently looking for:

Human Resources Specialist (all genders)

Your main responsibilities: As a Human Resources Specialist at Josef Barthelme GmbH & Co. KG, you will be responsible for the support and advice of our employees in all personnel-related matters. Your tasks will include:

  • Preparation of employment contracts, references, and other personnel-related documents
  • Handling of new hires, terminations, transfers, and changes in job functions
  • Management of payroll and benefits administration through external service providers
  • Providing advice to employees on all personnel-related matters
  • Planning and participation in personnel development measures
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new employees
  • Supporting in time tracking (eAU)
