Job Description:
Accepting orders from the sales team and placing orders for new vehicles
Retrieving new and used vehicles and organizing transportation
Ensuring timely completion of vehicles and relevant delivery documents
Acting as a liaison between sales, workshop, delivery warehouses, and external companies for modifications
Ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles
Maintaining proper sales records
Creating, updating, distributing, and tracking sales and order statistics
Entering vehicle invoices and invoicing customer orders
Reporting vehicle registrations and deliveries from the previous day
Requirements:
Completed commercial apprenticeship
Several years of experience in the entire dispatch process of a large car dealership or dealership group, preferably with Renault and Dacia brands
Flexibility and organizational skills
Results-oriented
Good computer skills, especially in Excel
