Dispatcher of Consultation Visits for Care Advisors (m/f/d)

Your Task:

We entrust you with the organization of care consultations for new clients throughout the entire country. Using online tools such as Google Maps, you will create the best routes that provide your colleagues in care advising with a structured workday, while also taking into account the wishes of our clients.

Your Profile:

You enjoy making phone calls and can empathetically and compassionately handle emotionally challenging situations with our clients.
You are also professional and flexible on the phone, able to adapt to different situations and keep a cool head when things get hectic.
Ideally, you have experience with digital applications, but at the very least, you have a high level of digital and IT affinity and are not afraid to learn new systems.
An education in office or administrative work, logistics, or a related field would be desirable, but not required.
