Project Engineer Automation - Eaton Estates, United States - Eclipse Enterprises
Description
Your tasks:
- Programming of control software for extensive pallet and container conveyor systems and automatic rack handling devices, including their interfaces to higher-level computer systems
- Responsible for commissioning and production support at customers in Germany and abroad, including service support
- Coordination with all project participants
Your requirements:
- Solid technical education in the form of a degree or equivalent technician or master's degree in the field of electrical/control engineering
- Experience in project planning and programming of PLC controls, Simatic S7-1500 TIA, S7-300, or S7-400
- Experience in creating structured control software in programming languages FUP and SCL
- Experience with interfaces to external systems, fieldbus systems such as Profinet, Profibus, and AS-i
- Solid knowledge in the field of drive technology
- Willingness to travel within and outside of Germany
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
